Parking is available for compact cars and regular sedans ONLY. Larger vehicles cannot be accommodated. For larger vehicles free street parking is available.
A security deposit of 500 USD is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 全部蹲下！被嗆「小屁孩」 兩幫人街頭鬥毆
被嗆小屁孩不開心，竟撂人要鬥毆，23日凌晨12點左右，基隆市基金一路上的一間速食店，一名18歲的男子排隊被嗆小屁孩，相當不滿，找來了9名男女在店門外要堵人，被剛好經過的員警撞澳洲旅館訂房費用見，當場吆喝所有人蹲下，並泰國合艾酒店查詢呼叫警力支援，隨後將全部的人帶回警局，並依刑法150條，公然聚眾施強暴脅迫罪移送。
員警：「你們兩個在幹嘛，你們兩個也蹲下，全部蹲下。」
員警大聲吆喝，但德國漢堡民宿評價是旁邊的一男一女，還是一副無所謂的模樣，再被吼了一聲，這才勉為其難的蹲了下來。
員警：「現在是什麼狀況啊，現在什麼狀況，所有人都不要動，來給我過來，來這邊蹲好。」
一群少年聚集在店門口，險釀街頭衝突，九名少年正堵人，準備開打，員警經過正好見狀，立刻制止。
員警控制住場面以後，就怕擦槍走火又再爆發衝突，立刻請求支援，7到8名員警將打架的少年團團圍住。
23日凌晨12點左右，基隆市基金一路上的一間速食店，一名林姓少年和朋友排隊點餐，隨口罵了另一名18歲的張姓男子小屁孩，引起張姓男子不滿，他一氣之下撂了9名男女，其他還有未成年，要找林姓少年理論，雙方衝突一觸即發，還好員警及時發現，衝突才沒有擴大，員警當場將這10多名男女，帶回警局送辦。
員警：「其中一方來出手攻擊另外一方，隨即上前來制止，並要求所有人蹲下，隨即呼叫線上的警力來支援。」
只因為一時口角，竟然就釀程街頭衝突，而最後警方依，刑法150條，公然聚眾施強暴脅迫罪移送偵辦，這也是這條法案修正公布後，基隆首例送辦的案件。
